Nahum Tandowski

Nahum Tandowski lebte in der polnischen Kleinstadt Złoczew. Er gehörte zur jüdischen Bevölkerungsmehrheit der Stadt. 1939, nach dem Einmarsch deutscher Truppen, fiel das Gebiet um Złoczew an das Deutsche Reich. Die jüdische Bevölkerung musste größtenteils in das Generalgouvernement umsiedeln. Nahum Tandowski kehrte nie zurück. Die genauen Umstände seines Todes sind nicht bekannt.

Nahum Tandowski lived in the small Polish town of Złoczew. Like most of the town’s residents he was Jewish. In 1939, after German troops arrived, the region around Złoczew was absorbed into the German Reich. Most of the Jewish population was forced to resettle in the General Government for the occupied Polish areas. Nahum Tandowski never returned. The exact circumstances of his death are not known.
