Sofja Golbart

Sofja Golbart lebte in der sowjetischen Stadt Rostow am Ufer des Flusses Don. Im Sommer 1942 besetzte die Wehrmacht die Stadt. Kurz danach mussten sich alle Juden von Rostow an verschiedenen Sammelpunkten einfinden. Von dort aus wurden sie am 11. August 1942 zur Smijowskaja Balka, einer nahe gelegenen Schlucht gebracht, wo das SS-Einsatzkommando 10a alle erschoss. Unter der Opfern war wahrscheinlich auch Sofja Golbart.

Sofja Golbart lived in the Soviet city of Rostov on the banks of the River Don. In the summer of 1942 the Wehrmacht occupied the town. Shortly afterward, all Rostov’s Jews were forced to assemble at various sites in the city. They were taken away on 11 August 1942 to Smijowskaja Balka, a nearby ravine, where SS- mobile killing unit 10a shot all of them. It is probably that Sofja Golbart was among the victims.
