Natan Goldhar wurde 1928 in Staszów geboren, einem polnischen Schtetl am Fluss Czarna. Er war das Kind von Hendl und Simcha Goldhar. Die Familie hatte einen Schuhhandel. Deutsche Truppen besetzten die Stadt im September 1939. Familie Goldhar musste eine Armbinde als Kennzeichen tragen und verlor ihr Geschäft. Im Sommer 1942 mussten sie in das neu errichtete Ghetto in Staszów ziehen, wo Einheiten der Besatzungsmacht im Juni und im Oktober 1942 Massenerschießungen durchführten, bei denen Hunderte starben. Dort verliert sich die Spur von Natan Goldhar. Er war 14 Jahre alt.

Natan Goldhar was born in 1928 in Staszów, a Polish shtetl on the River Czarna. He was the son of Hendl and Simcha Goldhar. The family ran a shoe business. German troops occupied the town in September 1939. The Goldhar family had to wear armbands and lost their shop. In the summer of 1942 they were forced to move to the newly established Staszów ghetto. Occupying troops carried out mass shooting operations there in June and October 1942, murdering hundreds. There is no further information about the fate of Natan Goldhar. He was 14 years old.
